Committee Purpose Statement
The Public Safety Committee (PSC) collaborates with the Police Department and community with the goal of increasing the quality of life of the community. The primary goals of the PSC are laser focused on supporting the Police Department leadership team's efforts and initiatives in the prevention, reduction, and prosecution of criminal activity; the recruitment, training, support, and retention of Police Department staff; and the responsive and transparent operation of the department.
