The City of Junction City provides sewer connection to approximately 2000 locations.  The sewer system consists of 10 pump stations, 23 pumps, 529 manholes, 174,240 feet of gravity sewer lines and 12,300 feet of pressure sewer lines. The sewer feeds two 23.5 acre facultative lagoons west of town.
