Water Department
The City of Junction City is a groundwater based system. The water is supplied from four (4) wells. These wells have the ability to pump up to 2,450 gallons per minute of water. The water is pumped through many miles of waterline into an elevated storage tank. This tank holds approximately 150,000 gallons of water.
During fires or other high flow instances, the City relies on its Ground Storage System to provide additional water. This system has storage tank and three pumps. The storage tank holds approximately 1.25 million gallons of water. The three pumps have the ability to pump 3,500 gallons per minute.

Consumer Confidence Reports (CCR)
What are Consumer Confidence Reports? They are a report of all the different test results conducted by the City for the previous year. For example, if you view the 2009 CCR Report, all the information in the report is for the calendar year of 2008.
Below are links to the past several years of CCR Reports. If you are looking for a report prior to what is posted online, please contact Public Works at (541)998-3125 to request the report you need. All documents below are in PDF format and will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them.
