The Junction City Council met in a goal setting session on June 10, 2026,

beginning at 10:00 AM and concluding at 3:19 PM, to identify possible city goals for a five-year period running through June 30, 2031. The meeting was held in the Community Center. Councilor Washburne was not able to attend due to illness but reviewed the materials and provided his priorities which are included in this report. In addition, the Council discussed potential elements that could be included in a vision statement about the future of Junction City.
