Council Service:  Elected in 2020 to serve a four-year term as Councilor. Appointed as Council President on January 12, 2021. Elected in 2022 to serve a two-year term as Mayor.

Duties of Mayor at a Council Meeting:

The Mayor presides over deliberations, preserves order, enforces Council rules, and determines the order of business under the rules. The Mayor does not vote except in the case of a tie vote of the members of the Council present at the meeting. The Mayor appoints members of committees and other persons required by the Council to be appointed.
